Other topics covered include drafting the arbitration clause, pre-arbitration procedures, and other procedural aspects of international arbitration, such as notification of a dispute, request for arbitration, default of a party, appointment of arbitrators, splitting the case into phases, drafting and issuing the award, challenge of awards, and enforcement of awards.
