After the transmittal of the text of the ICSID Convention to member governments of the World Bank, Aron Broches and other Bank staff continued to promote participation in the Convention by member countries, and to publicize it among other potential users of the facilities to be provided under the Convention.1 Signatures of the Convention by member countries soon followed.
