Investment Claims Summer Academy 2019 Videos

The 4th Annual Investment Claims Summer Academy was held at the Saïd Business School, Oxford on the 8th-9th July 2019. The event featured discussions about reform of the ISDS, denunciation and the consequence of exit, and the ways that investment arbitration intersects with human rights and climate change.
