History of ICSID now Available

The History of ICSID by Antonio R Parra is now available for first time on Investment Claims. As Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler notes in the forward:
"The launch of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in 1966 opened a whole new chapter in international dispute settlement. While a lot has been written on ICSID, no comprehensive history of ICSID existed so far. This book, arising from a PhD thesis presented at the University of Geneva, fills this gap remarkably."
