Redfern and Hunter 6th edition published
September 18, 2015
The new 6th edition of Redfern and Hunter on International Arbitration has now been published.
The sixth edition takes a fresh look at the law and practice of international arbitration in today’s world, against a background of constant change and evolution. Since the fifth edition of this book was published in 2009, there have been major changes in many national laws governing international arbitrations, as states seek to become ‘arbitration friendly’ by introducing new laws based on the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Model Law.
