Whether an arbitrator manifestly lacked the qualities required by Article 14(1) of the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes Between States and Nationals of Other States (‘ICSID Convention’) to serve as an arbitrator in a case and should be disqualified pursuant to Article 57 of the ICSID Convention.
