Webinar Series

Investment Claims is pleased to be running a series of regular, free-to-access, and live webinars on international investment arbitration. Each webinar will focus on a new and vital topic, such as corruption, human rights, transoceanic trade agreements, and intellectual property, and its interplay with the investment arbitration arena. A panel of expert contributors from across the globe will lead the debate, with listeners encouraged to contribute to a live Q&A at the close of the session. Listeners will also be directed to relevant cases and commentary on the Investment Claims site and elsewhere, for ease of future research.
